Dear Parents, It is hard to believe that November is already here. The days are shorter, the trees are bare, and the grass is dormant. It is a good time to reflect on our lives as we approach Thanksgiving. What a beautiful holiday it is ~ just a day to gather together with family and friends to enjoy dinner and thank God for the gifts he had given us. I look back over the years with their good times and bad and remember how important it is to thank God for the “good”. The three important things I thank God for in my personal life are 1) my faith, 2) my family, and 3) my health. I also thank God for having given me the opportunity to serve as principal of St. Mary’s. The last 26 years of my career as a principal have been the most rewarding. I have been privileged to work with supportive pastors, dedicated staffs, and truly beautiful children - our gifts from God. I thank God for the committed parents that choose to send their children to Catholic schools. Yes, it is a sacrifice; one that you choose in order to provide your children a quality education in a positive, safe environment.Becky
