NEWMAN TOURS FOR 8TH GRADE FAMILIES - Since Newman is unable to have an open house and potentially no 8th grade day, they will be hosting 30 minute tours for any interested 8th grade families. THANK YOU! - For helping us support Newman and their food drive for area pantries. With your help, we were able to present Newman High School with a check for $610!! Way to go everyone!
FUNDRAISING - Orders for the Butcher Shop fundraiser are due TODAY! Please get those orders turned in!
“MISSION POSSIBLE” - is going GREAT on Facebook. Search for St. Mary’s ON A MISSION or ask a friend to invite you. There are a lot of nice “presents” being posted! You will want a chance to win! Take a chance the “wheel” will land on your name!
FRUIT SALE - Please be sure and check your Fruit Sale shift schedule. Details were sent home last week. Packing starts this Sunday, December 6th and will continue December 7th, 8th, 9th with distribution Dec. 11th. EMPOWERING GOD’S CHILDREN “OPT-OUT” FORM- St. Mary’s Sterling will present a sexual abuse prevention program, the Teaching Safety- Empowering God’s Children program, to our students in grades Prek4-8 the week of December 7-11, 2020. Details on the program and an “Opt-Out” form will be coming home today. CHRISTMAS CONCERT- Our grade levels will be decorating windows and doors for the season. We will have a contest for each one and then take pictures of each class on our dress up day on December 15th. We will put this all together in a video for you to enjoy!
EARLY OUT - 11:15 early dismissal on Friday, December 18th.
REMOTE PLANNING DAYS- NO STUDENT ATTENDANCE - Please mark your calendars! Students will not be in attendance remotely or in-person on January 4 and January 11th. Our remote learning pause will take place from January 5- 15th.
NO SCHOOL - Monday, January 18th in observance of Martin Luther King, Jr. Day. We will return to in-person learning on Tuesday, January 19th.
2019-2020 YEARBOOKS - We have 7 yearbooks left from last year available for purchase. The cost is $17.25 per book, and they will be sold on a first come, first serve basis. Please contact the office.
