WELCOME AMANDA KNAPP! – We would like to announce Mrs. Amanda Knapp as our new 3rd grade teacher for 2022-2023! Mrs. Knapp comes to us with 4 years of experience at the primary level. She is enthusiastic and positive and will be a great addition to our school!!

CONGRATULATIONS TO OUR STATE TRACK ATHLETES! - We sent 21 students to state and brought home 24 medals. Pictures are up on the website. Thank you so much to the coaches for a GREAT season and to the families for all the coordinating of taking and picking up and feeding snacks … etc. It takes a village! GO SAINTS!!!
END OF YEAR FIELD TRIPS – lots happening here with end of year Field Trips. Just a reminder to check your VIRTUS account and make sure everything is current. If you receive an email from Robbin, she is letting you know that you need to sign in and update a form, or she is letter you know you are good to go.
YEARBOOK ORDER FORMS – Order envelopes were due May 16th. Very last day to turn in orders is Friday, May 20th.
8th GRADERS LAST DAYS – Please keep our 8th graders in your thoughts and prayers, as they and their families prepare for the next chapter in their children’s lives. Today is their last day at school with graduation practice held in the morning and their final locker cleaning! Their graduation luncheon and awards banquet will be held Thursday, May 19th. Graduation will be held Friday, May 20th at 6:30 in the church. Students should meet in Bales Hall at 6:00pm.
6TH AND 7TH AWARDS CEREMONY – will be held Tuesday, May24th, at 10AM in Bales Hall. Parents are invited.
FUN DAY! – Home & School is busy making plans for FUN DAY on Thursday, May 26th!! We will be back to our regular format with NO restrictions. Attached is a link to the Sign-Up Genius for parents to help with donations for the afternoon of fun!! Fun Day Sign-up Genius
LAST DAY – is Friday, May 27th. Students will attend outdoor Mass at the church, return to the school to receive their final report cards, and be dismissed about 9:30. Parents are invited to attend this closing Mass.

LIBRARY NEWS AR Principal’s Challenge – is Tuesday, May 24th and is ONLY for those students in 2nd through 8th grades who have earned attendance (a minimum of 10 AR reading points).
AR Awards Ceremony – will be held in conjunction with “PCE”. INVITATIONS were sent home last week to those parents whose children will be receiving an award. (eligibility requires an average comprehension score of 85% or higher)
End of Year Dates: May 20 – All K-7th Grade library books are due! Last day for library classes. May 24 – AR Principal Challenge/AR Awards Ceremony
